About aLtErNaTiNg CaSe
Alternating caps — the "mocking SpongeBob" style — became a recognized way of marking sarcasm in text around 2017 and has stuck. The alternation here runs across letters only, skipping spaces and punctuation, which is what keeps the rhythm reading as deliberate rather than random.
How to use it

Questions
Does it start with upper or lower?
Lowercase first by default, which is the convention the meme settled on. Run it twice on the same text to get the opposite phase.
Will screen readers read it normally?
Mostly, though some announce mid-word capitals as separate words or spell them out. Worth knowing before using it anywhere that matters.
